All of us seek well-being in one form or another. There is limitless information out there to assist us. We must start with a way of thinking - a paradigm for how it all works
1. To seek Natural Well Being is to seek to feel good in body, mind and spirit.
2. Well being of the body starts with the intention to feel good and information comes to us as we seek it without fear.
3. The body exists as a combination of what we see and what we don't see. There are many different ways of getting help to address one or the other or both of these fields. For example Bodywork Herbal Therapy Vitamin Therapy Exercise Healing Foods
4. Natural Health acknowledges that our bodies know and have the ability to heal themselves.
5. All assistance to our body's feeling good must facilitate its ability to heal itself.

8. Saying affirmations is one way to help the mind to feel good.
9. Looking around and observing the people in your immediate world will tell you about what your mind is seeking.
10. Strengthening out bodies natural process's is assisted by the quality of the food we eat, the air we breathe and the water we drink.
11. Spirit knows our natural health and waits for us to seek to be in harmony with IT.
12. Meditation unites all of the above while keeping intellect from interfering.
